Adaptive Iterative Detection for Turbo Codes with Carrier-phase Uncertainty

چکیده

In this paper, the problem of adaptive iterative detection for Parallel Concatenated Convolutional Codes (PCCCs or turbo codes) in the presence of carrierphase uncertainty is examined. In particular, a subclass of adaptive iterative receivers, based on the Adaptive Soft-Input Soft-Output (A-SISO) algorithms proposed in [1], [2], is presented. Several design options are proposed and compared and the impact of parametric uncertainty on previously established results for iterative detection with perfect Channel State Information (CSI) is assessed.
